Reynolds C. Bish

Mr. Bish is the Chief Executive Officer of Kofax, plc (LSE: KFX). Prior to joining Kofax, he co-founded Captiva Software Corporation, which became a leading provider of input management solutions and a NASDAQ listed company (CPTV). He served as Captiva's President and CEO until its acquisition by EMC Corporation in December 2005. He then served as Vice President of EMC's Enterprise Software Group until June 2006 when he resigned to take a sabbatical. Prior to Captiva, Mr. Bish was President and CEO of Unibase Systems, Inc., the first company to provide data entry systems on industry standard, open platforms.

He has served on the Board of Directors of many industry organisations such as the AeA, AIIM and TAWPI and in 2003 was named Ernst & Young's Software Entrepreneur of the Year for the San Diego area. Mr. Bish also holds the following Board directorships: Director and member of the Audit Committee of Iomega Corporation (NYSE: IOM), a leading provider of portable data storage products, since May 2006 and Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of I-Many, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMAN), a leading provider of contract management software, since February 2006.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University.

William R. Hoffman

Mr. Hoffman is President and Chief Operating Officer for the Object Management Group (OMG), Needham, MA. The OMG is one of the largest software consortiums in the world.

Prior to joining OMG, he was President and CEO of Object World Corporation, a software industry conference and trade show company majority owned by OMG that he successfully grew and sold to Softbank/Comdex in 1996.

Mr. Hoffman has over twenty-five years of experience in the software industry. He started his career with Honeywell Information Systems in 1979 and has worked in a variety of roles including competitive analysis, sales and sales support before becoming manager of strategic planning for the customer services division. He has also worked as manager of Product Marketing for MA/COM, OSI an early manufacturer of microprocessor based systems. Mr. Hoffman also was involved in the Artificial Intelligence marketplace holding senior marketing positions at both Symbolics and Gold Hill Computers, Inc from 1983 to 1987. He later co-founded Graphael, Inc and Itasca Systems Ins, both object-oriented database companies where he was Vice President of Marketing and Sales.

Roger S. Tausig

Mr. Tausig is the founder and president of Imaging Solutions, Inc., a systems integration firm specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Information Capture systems. Imaging Solutions has been in business since March of 1994.

Prior to forming Imaging Solutions, Mr. Tausig was the Manager of Sales and Marketing at DataImage, Inc., a company that was also in the ECM space. Mr. Tausig guided the company through a period of exponential sales growth.

Mr. Tausig has served on Partner Advisory Councils for Eastman Kodak Company, Optical Technology Group and TREEV Software.
